May 2008 Academic Calendar

Events on this calendar are subject to change.  Families should contact the school office with any questions.  Full day students are those students who are enrolled for the 7:00 am through 6:30 pm period.

Dates highlighted in GREEN are events in which families are encouraged to participate and attend.  Support before, during and after these events are always welcome.  Please contact a board member or the school office for more details.

  • May 1 & 2                      Parent-Teacher Conferences (Only Full Day Students May    Attend) Free Dress Day

  • May 9                            End of the Year Program- Ms. Sharif’s Class 9:30am in Gym

  • May 12                          Kindergartners Recognition 10:30 a.m. in children’s classroom

  • May 15                          Elementary School Play and & 3rd grade Graduation

  • May 16                          Crazy Hat Day- Wear a funny, crazy hat to school.

  • May 16                          End of School Party.

  • May 20                          End of Year Celebration Magic Show- For Students Only

  • May 21                          Last Day of school for students.

  • May 22-30                      Teacher In Service (Only Full Day Students May Attend) Free Dress Day

  • May 26                          Memorial Day- School Closed

  • May 27-30                      In-Service Week (Only Full Day Students May Attend) Free Dress Day
